At the end of October 2019, Huaheng Welding-Changsha Huaheng won a production line project of Sany Company through bidding, including parts AGV automatic feeding, robot automatic pairing, automatic welding, truss automatic sequence, welding, processing The automatic loading and unloading of the center; the receiving and sending, execution and feedback of the line body information, and the system docking of the entire production line is completed in the form of small MES.

In June 2020, the production line has achieved an output of 160 outriggers a day, and the entire project has lasted more than 6 months. This production line project is the only production line that has achieved mass production in the lighthouse project of Sany Company at the same time. The successful delivery of this project has made Changsha Huaheng highly recognized by the leaders of Sany Company, and successively undertakes one production line for cranes and mixer trucks in the future. A good foundation has been laid in the orders of more than 100 million yuan.

Huaheng Welding - At the same time, it has successfully developed a climbing frame intelligent welding production line that integrates automatic loading and unloading, multi-variety automatic pairing, automatic bending, automatic transfer and automatic welding in the real estate construction industry. From January to July 2020, Changsha Huaheng's external sales contracts have increased significantly compared with the same period last year.
