In order to meet the large demand for LNG vehicle gas cylinders in the market, Huaheng Company has designed a new automatic production line according to the production and manufacturing requirements of LNG vehicle gas cylinders: shearing plate→rolling automatic loading and unloading system→logistics system→head Grouping system → automatic welding system → winding and nesting system → automatic flow polishing system, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

Head group convenience


The original head group pair needs to put the cylinder on the trolley, and then manually install the head and knock it inward with a wooden hammer; now a new head group pair is used to reshape the cylinder and fit the head through the hydraulic system. , the operation process is simple.


Efficient welding process


Previously, the special girth welding machine needed to transport the products to be welded to the center of the equipment, adjust the height through the hydraulic system, and tighten the tailstock. During welding, two people were required to observe the position of the welding seam through the mask and adjust the remote control at any time; the newly added pass-through girth seam The dual-gun MIG welding system is equipped with a mature laser tracking system, which realizes the automation of the welding process without human intervention. The welding torch is automatically adjusted according to the position of the welding seam, which is an important guarantee for automatic operation.


Welding system automation


The newly added distribution head and reinforcing plate welding system replaces manual welding, which speeds up the production rhythm and preserves the beautiful appearance of the welding seam.


Convenience of cylinder transportation


The newly added AGV trolley realizes long-distance automatic transportation of the outer tube, eliminating the need for crane hoisting and loading and unloading.
