Assembly requirements:

Pipe end 10MM before welding, pipe plate mouth around 8MM outside polishing oil removal, rust removal;

Tube extension range: 3-5mm;

The assembly gap between the tube and the board is uniform, and the unilateral gap should be controlled within 0.8mm;

Without spot welding or using TIG wire or wire spot welding, solder joints should not be too high;

Pipe end flat mouth, inside deburring.
