Application of GTX53 and 4000 power supply high-pressure tubing special welding system in high-pressure tubing of construction machinery:

1. Artifact types

Large cavity oil pipe, small cavity oil pipe, steering oil pipe, rotating bucket oil pipe and other welding structural parts

2. Joint form

Butt welds for straight pipe and flange, straight pipe and tee

3. Range of pipe diameter and thickness

Pipe diameter: φ12-φ63, thickness: 2-5.5mm

4. Welding method

TIG transverse welding, thickness below 4mm adopts no groove butt welding, above 4mm adopts open groove plus wire butt welding, groove range: 25°-37°

5. After welding inspection
