System Features:

The welding problem of composite plate and cladding plate can be solved successfully by using special assembling equipment and plasma single gun or P+T double gun process;

Plasma welding technology not only improves production efficiency and welding quality, but also reduces welding deformation;

For 3/4/5/6mm, no welding wire can be added, which further reduces the welding cost, and also reduces the post-welding polishing process, saving the production cost;

For thickness greater than 6mm, P+T welding process can be adopted to further improve the welding speed and production efficiency. Double gun can improve the efficiency by 30% compared with single gun;

The system adopts high stability industrial control platform, welding power supply adopts high stability imported plasma power supply, so as to ensure the stability of the whole system;

The system is a turnkey project.
