1. Be engaged in the design of non-standard automation
(Mainly responsible for automatic welding equipment, pipeline prefabrication system, logistics transmission line, etc.)
2. Cooperate with sales and service department to provide pre-sale and after-sales technical support, program evaluation and design;
3. Complete electrical design work (including electrical drawing, BOM list preparation, PLC and HMI preparation and debugging);
4. Mainly used Siemens 1200, 1500 (SCL programming language), Velenton HMI control system development and design, debugging, customer site project support and other work.
Job Requirements:
1, Electrical automation related major (undergraduate graduates can also be considered)
2. Capable of drawing electrical drawings with CAD or Eplan independently;
3. Able to reasonably select the electrical components used in the electrical control system, including the preparation of electrical BOM;
4, Siemens PLC1200 or 1500 experience is preferred, good programming ideas and habits;
5. Proficient in the use of at least two kinds of touch screens and good interface design style;
6. Have strong practical ability, quick thinking ability, and can solve the problems encountered in the process of equipment debugging or maintenance independently;
7. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to deal with various problems in work flexibly;
8, to have a strong sense of responsibility, can reasonably arrange their own work;
9. Willing to cooperate with the company for short-term business trips;
10. Familiar with Siemens and Beifu PLC is preferred.
