The case is as follows:



1. Product name, high-efficiency chemical heat exchanger, product size, tube sheet 3m*3m, tube diameter 108mm*5mm, fillet weld with wire
2. The original customer's production process is manual electrode welding, the welding seam is poorly formed, and the electrode waste is serious during welding. After changing to argon arc welding, there is basically no waste on site.
3. There is a lot of smoke and dust on site, and welders are unwilling to do it. At the same time, it is difficult to recruit welders. After switching to automatic welding, there is no smoke and dust, and the initial training can be easily started.
4. The welding efficiency has been improved in the previous welding time, which can meet the needs of on-site production and 24-hour uninterrupted welding.
5. The actual use effect is very good, meeting the customer's expectations, and at the same time meeting the technical requirements of our company. After the customer's acceptance, they will order another one.
