The ring seam equipment is designed and manufactured according to user requirements. Mainly used for circumferential seam welding of cylinders, with a length of 2500mm. It is mainly composed of rotary head frame, tailstock, hydraulic pump station, beam, feeding pneumatic bracket, welding trolley, electric carriage, arc protection cover, control box and so on. During welding, one end of the workpiece is clamped by a three-jaw adjustable chuck on the spindle with a clamping range of Ф300～Ф1000mm, and the outer circle of the workpiece can be concentric with the spindle according to the scale on the gripping plate. The other end is tightened by the centering device on the hydraulic tailstock, and can be supported by a liftable pneumatic bracket in the middle of the workpiece as required.
