For longitudinal seam, we adopted the special keys type welding assembly (P + T) welding process, the keys type tooling to ensure reliable clamping workpieces, heat dissipation and protection, welded to ensure consistency, (P + T) process is a plasma welding and argon arc welding at the same time, plasma before, and can quickly the parent metal of fusion welding area, TIG and silk in the back, It can not only fill metal, but also get beautiful weld surface. Therefore, P+T process can not only improve the welding speed, 30% higher than the single gun, but also get more ideal weld front and back molding.
