In order to affirm the high-skilled talents engaged in front-line positions, stick to ordinary but not mediocre jobs, further stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees, and promote the conscientious and dedicated craftsman spirit of employees in the company. On February 5, 2018, Kunshan Huaheng Welding Co., Ltd. held the 2017 "Huaheng Craftsman Commendation" Conference in Tongfeng Road Plant. Mr. Xu Xujiong, chairman of Huaheng, heads of relevant departments and department representatives attended the commendation meeting.

Chairman Xu Xujiong delivered an important speech on the "craftsman spirit" at the meeting. Manager Wang Caihong of the Human Resources Department announced the list of Huaheng craftsmen selected in 2017 and introduced their work deeds. The leaders awarded Huaheng craftsmen with honorary certificates and flowers. Yuan Chuanbiao, as the representative of Huaheng craftsmen, delivered his acceptance speech.

This commendation meeting not only further motivated and inspired the commended employees, but also promoted the "craftsman spirit" to all employees from the front. It is expected that a new "Huaheng craftsman" will stand out in the next year.
